Final Transcript Request Instructions
A.    Announce to Advisory:
Today we will be filling out a required document to inform the counseling office what you plan to do after graduation and where to send your final transcript.
A final transcript is a record of your entire high school career.  This document will have your final GPA and Class Rank.  Your college admission process will not be complete without your final transcript. NCAA and NAIA also require a final transcript.
Transcripts will be mailed approximately 2 weeks after grades are due.
B.   Process
